El Cubanito was born from a love of family, tradition, and the incredible flavors of Cuba.
In 2007, our founder Alberto Ramos came to the United States with a dream and a passion for authentic Cuban food. With hard work, long days, and the support of his family, he opened El Cubanito just 11 months later.
Nearly two decades later, we continue serving up fresh sandwiches, strong café cubano, and the warm hospitality that makes our community feel like home.
